PROSTAID Calgary/PCCN Calgary meets on the second Tuesday of every month at Kerby Centre, 1133 - 7th Ave. SW, T2P 1B2 at 7:30 PM We love to see you there, but we know that not everyone can always make every meeting.

Carole Chambers, the Director of Pharmacy, Cancer Services at Alberta Health Services gives a presentation on how drugs are being used in the treatment of cancer. She shows funding trends, development timelines and the various obstacles to getting treatments funded and prescribed in our current healthcare system. A lively discussion about the future and policies of Canadian and Alberta health care follow, with even a little detour into the prospects of medical marijuana for good measure.
