PROSTAID Calgary generally meets once a month for a General Meeting available free of charge to all. We also support specialized meetings every month for Warriors and Wives & Caregivers groups. We would love to see you there.

Haylee Robertson
Solving the Mystery of Car-t cell failures

Haylee is a graduate trainee at the University of Calgary, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Medical Science with a specialization in cancer biology. She began her graduate studies in 2025 and conducts research in the laboratory of Dr. Kevin Hay who is a clinician scientist at the Arthur Child Comprehensive Cancer Institute. Haylee’s work focuses on understanding and improving the manufacturing of CAR-T cells for cancer treatment.
Prior to her graduate studies, Haylee received her Bachelor of Science in Cellular, Molecular and Microbial Biology from the University of Calgary in 2024. During her undergraduate studies, her research focused on investigating the zoonotic potential of Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) which is a prion disease present in cervid species. Outside of her academic and research pursuits, Haylee enjoys volunteering, spending time with her dog and exploring the outdoors.
